One Dead and Two Women Still Missing in a Lake Powell Boat Crash

A man driving a motorboat on Lake Powell was distracted by his young passengers when he hit a houseboat and flipped the craft. His wife died while his daughter and his son’s girlfriend were missing according to deputies.

Adrian Jackman, 59, tried to swerve when he noticed the moving houseboat but he ended up hitting the front corner. All of the six children aboard were wearing lifejackets.

According to the deputies, most of the people in the motorboat were family members from Utah. Meanwhile, nobody was injured on the houseboat.
